1. Is there any reward program in your restaurant?
   We offer a can of drink or a bottle of water with Lunch box special ordered in lunch time. A bag of prawn crackers to any order above $50 (Subject to availability). Order online will receive 5% discount when the value (exclude delivery fee) is reach $60. Order placed from DoorDash or Ubereats could have discount from them and cash reward program from third party, if you order from DoorDash or ubereats, you need to write “free prawn crackers”in the comment when you place your order which above $50. because we are not allowed to put anything that is not in the order into the package, we will not put it in if we don’t have your request.
2. What is included in your combination in the menu?
   Normally, it will come with mixed seafood such as prawn and scallop. Mixed meat such as beef, chicken and pork. Mixed vegetable such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, mushroom, zucchini, etc.
3. Why answering machine is answering my call?
   We have answering machine to record any phone that can not be answered when the business is closed, it was set up to answer the phone after 6 ringing, we also have call waiting on the number so we can handle 2 incoming call at a time, but the answering machine could answer the phone when the line is busy. If you hear the answering machine during opening hours, please hang up and call us again after 2 minutes. Alternatively, from 5pm to 9:15pm, every day except Monday, you can place your order online by click the green “order online” button in this page, it can handle normal orders, but if you have special dietary requirement, you still have to make the phone call to us.
4. What time do you deliver and what is the condition of deliver?
   We do delivery to nearby suburbs from 5pm to 9:15pm, minimum order for delivery is 25 dollars, the delivery fee is $4.00 for addresses in Greensborough, Watsonia, Watsonia North, St Helena, Montmorency, Briar Hill which located within 2.5km from us and $8.00 for addresses in Eltham North, Eltham, Bundoora, Macleod, Plenty, Lower Plenty, Yallambie which within 5 km from us. DoorDash and Ubereats can also do delivery for us if you order from them, but they have their own delivery zone and price.

5. I am allergy to some kind of food, but there is no much information about the dish allergy. Can you help?

Yes you need to call us or come in to order because we are cook to order, some dish can be altered to suit customer’s special needs except sesame allergy. Since we cooked sesame with oil. We can not totally avoid any oil in our cooking. We have gluten free soy sauce and gluten free oyster sauce for cooking gluten free dishes.
